ESEF Reporting 

In accordance with NAB’s continuing obligations for transparency purposes under Luxembourg law and the applicable requirements of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/815 of 17 December 2018 supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the specification of a single electronic reporting format (as amended, the “ESEF Regulation”), NAB’s Annual Reports for the following years are available in a format that complies with the applicable requirements of the ESEF Regulation and have been filed with the Commission de surveillance du secteur financier, stored with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and published by NAB in accordance with the requirements of Luxembourg law (“ESEF Reporting”). NAB maintains this page to provide additional access to its ESEF Reporting.
